I hereby agree to be responsible for my conduct and actions and to release Barnett Harley-Davidson (BHD) from any claims and demands that may occur during participation in the Kids Halloween Trunk or Treat.

Furthermore, I agree to release BHD and its employees and will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents or accidents involving myself while on BHD premises to the extent allowed by law.

This Release form will be valid for the following : Kids Trunk or Treat October 29th 2022 .

Por la presente acepto ser responsable de mi conducta y acciones y liberar a Barnett Harley-Davidson (BHD) de cualquier reclamo y demanda que pueda ocurrir durante la participación en Kids Halloween Trunk or Treat.

Además, acepto liberar a BHD y sus empleados y los eximiré de cualquier responsabilidad que pueda surgir de incidentes o accidentes que me involucren mientras me encuentre en las instalaciones de BHD en la medida permitida por la ley.
